Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Snapside, a service that builds product history from connected development tools.
1. Service
Snapside imports and normalizes activity from connected source-control, design, documentation, deployment, and AI coding tools. Features may change while the product is in preview.
2. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your identity provider, and be authorized to connect each repository or external workspace. You are responsible for activity through your account.
3. Connected content
You retain ownership of your product data. You grant Snapside limited permission to retrieve, store, normalize, display, and delete connected content to operate the service. Do not connect content you are not permitted to process.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, or use Snapside to infringe another person’s rights.
5. Availability and third-party services
Snapside depends on third-party APIs such as GitHub, Figma, Miro, Supabase, and Vercel. Imports can be delayed or incomplete when those services change, restrict, or interrupt access.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Snapside or delete your account in Settings. Snapside may restrict access to protect users, comply with law, or respond to a material breach.
7. Changes
Material changes will be reflected in a new policy version and, when appropriate, a new consent request.
8. Notes, issues and AI execution
You can create project notes and issues and assign work to connected Codex or Claude. Desktop automatic runs can read or change files and execute commands in the local working folder you select. Review AI results and code changes. Agents are instructed to deploy or push to remote repositories only when the issue explicitly requests it. The external AI tool's terms also apply.
9. Email and support
Service messages such as authentication, security and welcome emails are separate from optional product news. You can turn work summary emails on or off in Preferences. Product news requires a separate subscription. Replies to Report a problem inquiries may appear in your workspace Inbox.
10. Contact
Questions and legal notices can be submitted to contact@snapside.io.
